真空绝热板的性能分析

下面就主要介绍一下真空绝热板的性能特点,导热系数0.008W/(m·K),该板材是由无机纤维芯材与高阻气复合薄膜通过抽真空封装技术,外覆专用界面砂浆,制成的一种高效保温板材。

A1级防火保温材料

This paper mainly introduces the performance characteristics of the vacuum insulation board. The thermal conductivity is 0.008W/(m.K). The board is a kind of high efficiency insulation board made of inorganic fiber core and high resistance gas composite film through vacuum packaging technology and special interface mortar.

空气的导热系数大约是0.023W/(m·K),要做到比空气还低的导热系数,那就只有真空了。所以真空绝热板的导热系数是现有保温材料中最低的是毋庸置疑了。其最大的优势,也就是其保温性能可以傲视所有其他类型的保温材料。不过该板材也有致命缺陷,比如真空度难以保持,若是发生破损,板材的保温性能即会骤降;其次,现有施工工艺导致板缝太多,热桥太多,引发结露的风险很大;再者,施工平整度也较难以控制,薄抹灰系统脱落的风险也较大;当前,该产品的造价相对较高,性价比的优势不是很明显。如果该产品造价进一步降低,倒是可以考虑应用在阳台板面防止冷桥使用。模拟成果显示,在阳台板面只施工500mm宽即能起到隔绝热桥的作用,那么阳台板面就不需要大面积的满铺厚达3公分的挤塑板了,8mm厚的真空绝热板仅仅铺设500mm宽,用量大大节省。

The advantage of price ratio is not obvious. If the cost of the product is further reduced, it can be considered to be applied to the balcony floor to prevent the use of cold bridges. The simulation results show that only 500 mm wide can be used as an insulating bridge on the balcony floor. Then the balcony floor does not need a large area of extruded plastic sheets up to 3 cm thick. The vacuum insulation sheet with 8 mm thick is only 500 mm wide, which greatly saves the consumption.
