建筑外保温系统常用材料

目前外墙保温所用的保温材料主要是:eps(聚苯乙烯泡沫)、xps(挤塑聚苯乙烯泡沫)、pu(聚氨酯泡沫)、岩(矿)棉板、玻璃棉毡以及超轻的聚苯颗粒保温料浆等材料。这些材料普遍存在节能与防火不能兼顾的缺点。有机材料耐热差、易燃烧,而且在燃烧时释放大量热量、产生大量有毒烟气,不仅会加速大火蔓延、而且容易造成被困人员及救援人员伤亡;无机材料则存在粉尘和细小纤维,既污染空气又易滋生细菌,早已成为危害人们健康的隐患,而且保温隔热性能有限,应用范围受到限制。

加强外墙保温的防火措施应当分为三个方面:

设置高度不低于0.8m的窗槛墙或设置耐火极限不低于1.00h的不燃实体挑檐,其出挑宽度不应小于0.5m,长度不应小于开口宽度。在对防火要求相当严格的《汽车库、修车库、停车场设计防火规范》gb50067-97中指出,外墙防火的主要问题是防止或延缓外墙洞口由内向外的火势经外部窗槛向上蔓延。与住宅建筑“外墙门窗口上方应设置不燃体的防火挑檐,外墙的上下窗间墙高度不应小于 1.2m,防火挑檐不应小于1m,耐火极限不应低于1.0h”类似。
